Dr. Delpech is a strategy and operations advisor focused on performance improvement, organizational design, and transformation execution.

Trained as a civil engineer during her undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island, she has added a focus on management, research, learning and development obtaining a Ph.D. in Engineering Education and a Master's of Engineering Management both from the Ohio State University. Through the various roles she has held, Dr. Delpech brings cross-sector leadership experience spanning across government, academia,  and innovation ecosystems.

In her various roles, she led enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives and managed a multi-million innovation portfolio, driving measurable gains in process efficiency, governance clarity, and execution alignment across complex organizations.

As Founder and Principal of her Consulting Firm, she partners with executive teams and individuals to:

• reduce operational inefficiencies

• design scalable governance and accountability

• implement structured change management 

• align strategy with execution through data-driven performance systems 

• focus on human-centered design initiatives

Recipient of multiple grants during her graduate studies, her work has received national recognition, including, the 2024/2025 Schulze Publication Award in Applied and Practice.
