Dr. Dira Delpech
Dr. Delpech is a strategy and operations advisor focused on performance improvement, organizational design, and transformation execution.
Trained as a civil engineer during her undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island, she has added a focus on management, research, learning and development obtaining a Ph.D. in Engineering Education and a Master's of Engineering Management both from the Ohio State University. Through the various roles she has held, Dr. Delpech brings cross-sector leadership experience spanning across government, academia, and innovation ecosystems.
In her various roles, she led enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives and managed a multi-million innovation portfolio, driving measurable gains in process efficiency, governance clarity, and execution alignment across complex organizations.
